The Game Boy Printer was a thermal printer released by Nintendo in 1998.
The Game Boy Printer was compatible with the Game Boy, Game Boy Pocket, and Game Boy Color systems and was designed to be used in conjunction with the Game Boy Camera and some some of the later Game Boy and Game Boy Color games.
It used six AA batteries and a special 3.8 cm wide thermal paper with adhesive backing known as Game Boy Printer Paper.
The print quality was pretty rubbish really and only really designed to keep kids happy for five minutes!
